Sports Illustrated zet ‘volle’ vrouw op de cover

Laten we eerlijk zijn: het gros van de modellen is griezelig dun. Er gaan dus steeds meer stemmen op om ook plus-size modellen te laten schitteren in fotoshoots. Voor een wat realistischer wereldbeeld, zeg maar.

Ook Sports Illustrated waagt zich aan die oproep, door het model Ashley Graham op de cover te zetten. Nog nooit sierde het blad de pagina’s met een wat voller model.

Graham maakt onderdeel uit van drie covers. Op de andere twee staan vechtster Ronda Rousey en model Hailey Clauson. Wat vinden we ervan?
